Description
Made of marine grade 316 stainless steel.
Provided with a sealed base which eliminates the need for a waterproofing cup. Thanks to a fitting at the bottom of the unit, this allows water to drain through.
The 209 cleat can be easily converted to a lifting cleat by inserting a connecting rod in the base of the unit and attaching the rod to the bow eye. Lifting hardware for the 209 series is available to purchase separately.
Lifting hardware includes:
12″ Rod, Cross Bar, Sling and Bow Eye
Pivot arm is now available to purchase separately for the 209 series cleats. The pivot arm allows for slight misalignment on installation of lifting hardware. The strongest installation is a straight vertical connection. Any deviance from this will add stress to the deck.
Each cleat is supplied with a backing plate (also sold separately) which also serves as the cut-out template.
Screws are not included.
Available in 4 sizes 4 /1/2″, 6″, 8″ and 10″. The 10″ version is available in both through bolt (visible screw holes) and stud-mount (no visible screw holes).
